Thinking Matters Complaints Procedure
We take feedback and complaints seriously, so encourage you to direct any complaints to the following:
- For questions and general enquiries please email our team at info@thinkingmatters.org.nz
- For event-related feedback and complaints please email our events director at events@thinkingmatters.org.nz
- For broader ministry related feedback and complaints please email our CEO at ceo@thinkingmatters.org.nz
- For serious misconduct involving our team or staff please email our board chairperson at chairperson@thinkingmatters.org.nz
In all cases, we will respond to acknowledge we have received your complaint and what, if any, further action may be taken. The board holds final authority regarding any response and actions deemed necessary to respond to any serious complaints.
