- Degree or at least one year of experience
- Knowledge of XERO, HubSpot, Gmail and other relevant applications
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Set up payments of invoices
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Use knowledge of IRD and Charities commission regulations to comply with reporting requirements including: annual return, GST filing, donor receipts
- Fulfil online book/DVD orders
- Manage and report stock levels
- Annual Stock take for reporting and ordering purposes
- Other duties as required by the Co-CEO’s
